Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will assist in engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and introducing them to FcC's educational programs. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, maintaining customer relationships, supporting the sales team in executing strategies, and contributing to overall sales efforts. The role also involves tracking sales data and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding process.
key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound cold calls to potential students/parents
* Explain course offerings clearly and confidently
* Convince and convert leads into admissions
* Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects
* Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets
Requirements
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Confidence in speaking over calls
* Basic understanding of sales (preferred but not mandatory)
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Laptop + stable internet connection
Compensation
Stipend:₹8,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based (on conversions above target)
