Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Intern for a 6-month full-time internship. This role is for a "closer-in-the-making" who is confident on the phone and highly organized.
While LinkedIn is our primary engine, you are encouraged to be a "hunter" across all platforms. Whether it’s a strategic cold call, a personalized message, or representing the brand at industry events and face-to-face networking sessions, you will use every tool available to build your pipeline.
Unlike typical lead-gen roles, you won't just find a lead and hand it off. You will own the coordination from the first connection through every follow-up and meeting, right up until the deal is closed. You will be mentored by our Sales Leads and Solutions Team every step of the way.
Internship Details
- Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Growth Path: Direct track for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
- Location: Remote
- Work Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Shift – Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage and schedule all meetings throughout the entire sales cycle. You are the bridge between the client and our team until the deal is officially closed.
- Lead Generation: Master LinkedIn and Excel to identify and qualify high-potential prospects.
- Omnichannel Outreach: Confidently reach out to prospects via cold calling, personalized messaging, and professional emailing.
- Strategic Reach out: Tailor your outreach based on a deep understanding of the client’s specific business needs.
- Rigorous Follow-ups: Maintain a "never-drop-the-ball" approach to client communication and pipeline management.
- Goal Alignment: Drive the process to achieve a minimum of 30-40 first-level calls within the 6-month tenure.

- Hyper-Organized: You can juggle multiple client schedules and follow-up timelines simultaneously.
- Sales Instinct: A sales-oriented educational background is a plus, but your ability to understand a client's "pain points" is what matters most.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in LinkedIn and MS Excel.
