Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Gurugram. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation, and participating in outreach activities via calls, emails, and meetings. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, explaining EaseMyOffice’s workspace and virtual office solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, update sales reports, and collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and conversion rates. The role also involves learning sales processes, participating in training sessions, and contributing ideas to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management and exposure to Training related to sales processes.
- Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and handle basic objections in a structured sales environment.
- Comfort using office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software; willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for the flexible workspace and virtual office industry; prior internship or academic projects in business, marketing, or related fields are an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
