About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, highly motivated Sales Intern to learn the ropes of high-ticket real estate consulting. You will work closely with senior consultants to understand the Gurugram luxury and commercial property market, manage client relationships, and drive property transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads, understand their investment requirements, and maintain clean records in our database.
- Market Research: Stay updated on property layouts, developer payment plans, and market inventory.
- Client Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating property site visits for prospective buyers.
- Sales Support: Shadow senior consultants during client meetings, developer negotiations, and booking closures to learn end-to-end sales execution.
What We Are Looking For- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Grit & Hustle: High energy, confident body language, and a strong drive to learn high-stakes sales.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling within Gurugram for site visits and client meetings. (Own vehicle is a strong plus).
- Ideal for recent graduates or to be graduates looking to break into corporate real estate consulting.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support the sales team and manage transactions effectively.
- Willingness and ability to learn and participate in Training programs to grow as a professional.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach are essential.
- Familiarity with the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
