Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Intern located in Patna. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in generating leads and closing deals. Key responsibilities include promoting services to prospective clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordinating with the training and customer service teams to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Experience or interest in Sales and Sales Management to assist in lead generation and deal closures
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams, including Training and Sales teams, to achieve organizational goals
• Basic understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in problem-solving and handling client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (current enrollment in such programs is also acceptable)
