Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Sales Intern at Cikka. The Sales Intern will assist with generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include assisting customer onboarding, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training or presentations on the company's offerings. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team on key projects to drive user engagement and adoption of Cikka's ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Customer Service excellence in understanding and addressing customer needs
- Foundational knowledge or experience in Sales and Sales Management practices
- Ability to support training sessions and effectively explain product offerings
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous experience in a sales or customer engagement role is an advantage but not required
