- Assist in Client Onboarding: Learn the end-to-end client onboarding process. Support in understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Contribute to Presentations: Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas and assist in presentations. Get hands-on experience in showcasing our services to potential clients.
- Client Interaction Support: Assist in client communication and engagement. Learn to address client inquiries and support client servicing efforts.
- Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to gain insights into market trends and client demands.
- Market Insights and Feedback: Support in gathering data on client preferences, market trends, and competition. Contribute feedback to enhance our services.
- Assist in Business Meetings: Shadow experienced team members in arranging and participating in business meetings. Learn effective ways to present our services.
- Support Promotion Initiatives: Contribute ideas to promote our company's services effectively to potential clients.
- After-Sales Support Learning: Gain exposure to maintaining client relationships post-sale. Learn about providing support and exploring upselling opportunities.
- Relationship Cultivation: Observe and understand how to build lasting relationships with clients based on their evolving needs.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A basic understanding of coursework related to marketing concepts is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales and client servicing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
