This is a field-based role, not a desk job. You will be out meeting clients, understanding their needs, and learning how to close deals.

What You’ll Do- Visit potential clients across Kolkata
- Introduce and explain Bullish Solutions’ services
- Learn how to pitch, negotiate, and close deals
- Build relationships with customers face-to-face
- Generate leads through field activity and networking
- Maintain basic records of meetings and follow-ups
- Work closely with the team to improve sales skills
Who This Is For- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience
- Comfortable speaking to new people every day
- Willing to travel within the city
- Confident, energetic, and eager to learn
- Not afraid of rejection — ready to keep going
What We’re Looking For- A go-getter mindset
- Strong communication (Hindi / English / Bengali is a plus)
- Discipline and consistency
