Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern. In this role, you will assist the sales team in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and generating leads. Responsibilities include supporting customer initiatives, maintaining client relationships, managing sales records, and participating in sales meetings. You will also gain hands-on experience in understanding customer service processes, delivering training materials, and assisting in sales management activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Understanding of fundamental Sales techniques, lead generation, and client onboarding
- Ability to contribute to Sales Management tasks and assist in training activities
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using relevant CRM tools and familiarity with market research methods is advantageous
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
