Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Vadodara. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in engaging with customers, presenting Bozarro products, and assisting with in-store sales activities. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers select items that suit their needs. The role involves maintaining store displays, tracking stock levels, and preparing basic sales reports. The Sales Intern will also support sales training initiatives, learn sales processes, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a positive, helpful, and professional experience to all visitors.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support product presentations, handle inquiries, and assist in closing sales.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management interest or basic skills to support sales activities and learn structured sales processes.
- Basic understanding of retail or fashion/activewear markets is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara with a customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative approach.
- Comfort with handling point-of-sale systems and simple sales documentation is an advantage.
- Current students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
