Role Description The Sales Intern role at Book My Acre is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the sales team by assisting with client outreach, responding to inquiries, and presenting property details and investment benefits to potential buyers. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, preparing sales materials and presentations, and participating in site visits or client meetings as needed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, learning sales processes and tools, and contributing to achieving sales targets under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess an ability to learn quickly and engage in Training activities related to real estate products and sales techniques.
- Basic understanding of real estate or a strong interest in property sales and investments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
