Role Description
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B accounts across the Indian market — targeting retailers, boutique stores, corporate gifting companies, and event planners who need unique handcrafted decor.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, building a pipeline of businesses looking for premium Diwali and festive season collections.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and buyer preferences in the Indian home decor and gifting space to inform sales strategy.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and product catalogues tailored to each client's specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to communicate client needs and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, pipeline progress, and sales metrics using CRM tools.
- Represent ACN Exports at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as needed.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic Sales knowledge and a willingness to learn Sales Management techniques
- Ability to participate in and benefit from relevant training sessions
- Proactive attitude with an aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Resourceful, collaborative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in sales
Compensation & Growth
- ₹20,000 fixed stipend — well above industry benchmarks for comparable roles
