Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Intern who will be the first point of contact for inbound leads. Your role will involve understanding prospective learners’ needs, guiding them through the course offering, and ensuring a smooth conversion journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email in a timely manner.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Clearly explain course structure, outcomes, pricing, and career benefits
• Address queries and objections with confidence and clarity
• Maintain and update lead data regularly
• Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions
• Coordinate with the internal team for updates, schedules, and onboarding
• Track daily performance (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling calls and conversations
• Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups
• Interest in education, marketing, or upskilling space is a plus
Good to Have (Optional but Valuable)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (helps in better pitch)
