Key Responsibilities- Work on company-provided leads and engage with potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions in a simple and clear manner.
- Support customers through the application and documentation process.
- Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
- Build strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement focus.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory).
