Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the medical devices and diagnostics industry. The selected candidates will join as Management Trainees – Sales and will undergo structured training to gain hands-on experience in diagnostic equipment sales, customer engagement, and healthcare market development.
During the training period, candidates will be responsible for actively promoting and selling diagnostic products, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell diagnostic products including Hematology, Biochemistry, Electrolyte, and Urine Analyzers.
• Identify potential customers including hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and medical institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals and laboratory staff.
• Generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, lab technicians, and hospital administrators.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales visits, leads, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and customer support.
Internship & Career Progression
Selected candidates will initially join the organization for a 6 month internship/training period, during which they will receive product training and field exposure while actively participating in sales activities.
Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time position as Territory Sales Executive / Sales Executive – IVD with the company.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Pharm / Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Biomedical Engineering / MBA (Marketing) – Fresh Graduates.
• Strong interest in sales and healthcare technology.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Compensation
Internship Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
