We are looking for a Sales Intern to handle Etsy marketplace operations and website call support for our US-based customers. If you have strong communication skills and can confidently handle international clients, this role is for you.
📌 Role & Responsibilities
Manage Etsy marketplace queries (chat & email)
Handle inbound/outbound calls for website customers (call support only)
Assist customers with product details, customization, and order placement
Ensure smooth customer service & issue resolution
Do timely follow-ups to convert leads into orders
Maintain proper lead tracking, reporting & updates in sheets/CRM
⏰ Shift Timing
Night Shift (US Time Zone): 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
Break: 30 minutes
🎯 Requirements
Fluent English (US Accent & Communication Mandatory)
Strong calling skills + confidence in handling US customers
Good chat & email handling skills (for Etsy)
Basic knowledge of customer service & sales
Must have a laptop with stable internet connection
Comfortable with lead tracking & reporting
💼 Internship Details
Duration (Probation): 6 Months
Stipend: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000/month
Weekly Off: Option to choose Saturday or Monday
