Role Description
This is a full-time remote internship for a Sales Intern – Business Development role. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and supporting strategic initiatives to grow the business. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, learning the sales process, and supporting the team with training and administrative sales activities.

Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 + Unlimited Incentives (commission based)
Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential leads
- Handle inbound queries from campaigns, webinars, and digital channels
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to prospective learners
- Understand customer needs and suggest relevant Tezzonix Academy programs
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools
- Conduct basic sales conversations including need analysis and follow-ups
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for better conversions
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Knowledge or experience in Sales and Sales Management for driving business opportunities and achieving targets
- Ability to grasp and deliver training sessions related to services and certifications
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Basic understanding of business development principles and strategies (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency with standard office tools and CRM platforms is a plus
