Sales Intelligence / Revenue Analytics Analyst

Are you someone who doesn’t just analyze data—but moves the business forward with it?
We’re looking for a Sales Intelligence Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, sales, and strategy. This is a high-visibility role where your insights will directly influence revenue decisions across a global sales organization in the digital advertising space.
This is not a reporting role — it’s a decision-driving role.
What You’ll Do
Sales Performance & Revenue Insights
- Track and analyze daily, weekly, and quarterly sales performance
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends
- Proactively identify risks to hitting targets
Pipeline & Forecasting Analytics
- Build forecasting models based on pipeline stages & historical conversion
- Identify stalled or at-risk deals
- Drive gap-to-go analysis and recovery strategies
Actionable Insights & Strategy
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Highlight high-impact accounts, sellers, and opportunities
- Support targeted initiatives like hit lists & call plans
Dashboarding & Data Excellence
- Build real-time dashboards for leadership visibility
- Ensure data accuracy across tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Automate reporting workflows
Cross-functional Impact
- Partner with Sales, Ops, Training, and Leadership
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity and conversion
What You Bring
- 3–6 years in Sales Analytics / Revenue Operations / BI
- Strong understanding of pipeline-based sales (SDRs, AEs, AMs)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- BI tools: Tableau / Power BI / Looker
- BigQuery or similar platforms (nice to have)
