Job Title: Sales Innovator (AI & Enterprise Solutions)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Dubai/Global focus)

The Mission
, we aren’t just selling software; we are deploying the next generation of "National Talent Operating Systems" and AI-driven enterprise intelligence. We need a Sales Innovator—someone who is 50% strategist, 40% closer, and 10% product visionary. You will be responsible for scaling our AI ecosystem (Hire, Innovation Engine, and Meetbot) across the GCC and global markets.
Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Market Engineering: Move beyond traditional lead gen. You will identify high-value gaps in the Middle East and US markets, specifically targeting government and enterprise sectors.
• Value-Based Consultative Selling: Translate complex AI, ML, and Data Engineering capabilities into clear ROI for CXOs. You aren’t selling "features"; you are selling "efficiency" and "future-proofing."
• Pipeline Innovation: Use modern sales stacks and AI automation to build a repeatable, high-velocity sales engine.
• Relationship Architecture: Manage and nurture high-level relationships (like our existing enterprise partnerships) to ensure Manara Labs is the "front face" of innovation.
• Cross-Functional Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the market," collaborating with our engineering and data teams to refine our AI products based on real-world client pain points.
Who You Are (The "Smart & Intelligent" Factor)
• The 5+ Year Veteran: You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS or Deep Tech sales. You’ve seen the "old way" and are obsessed with the "AI way."
• Process Obsessed: You know that "winging it" doesn't scale. You understand sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN) but have the intelligence to adapt them to a startup environment.
• Tech-Fluent: You don’t need to code, but you must be able to discuss LLMs, data pipelines, and cybersecurity (Qualimatrix) with confidence.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You treat your territory like your own business. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on building something from zero to one.
Technical & Professional Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or a "Founder-in-Residence" sales role.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape, talent management systems, or custom enterprise software.
• Communication: Exceptional English (Arabic is a massive plus for our Middle East expansion).
• The "Innovator" Edge: Experience with modern sales tools (CRM automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI prospecting tools).
