Location: Hyderabad (with statewide travel)
Reporting To: National Sales Head
Role Objective
Own and drive end-to-end sales growth in Telangana by building a strong HoReCa, QSR, and distributor network, ensuring high repeat orders, deep market penetration, and brand visibility for Zesti Fusion.
This is a high ownership, revenue-first role focused on execution, not just planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Market Expansion
· Achieve monthly & quarterly primary and secondary sales targets
· Build strong presence across:
· HoReCa (cafes, restaurants, cloud kitchens)
· QSR chains & regional brands
· Institutional buyers
· Identify and activate high-potential micro-markets in Telangana
2. Distributor & Super Stockist Management
· Appoint and manage:
· Super Stockists (if applicable)
· Distributors across key cities (Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, etc.)
· Ensure:
· Healthy stock levels (avoid stock-outs)
· Fast secondary movement
· Distributor ROI and engagement
3. HoReCa Acquisition & Repeat Business (Critical KPI)
· Personally drive onboarding of top 50–100 premium HoReCa accounts
· Ensure:
· Product trials → conversion → repeat orders
· Build chef relationships and gather product feedback
· Track repeat order ratio (not just first orders)
4. Sales Team Building & Management
· Hire, train, and manage:
· Area Sales Managers (ASM)
· Sales Officers / Field Executives
· Drive:
· Daily activity tracking (calls, visits, conversions)
· Structured sales routines
· Coach team on:
· Pitching
· Closing
· Objection handling
5. Execution of Sales Playbooks
· Implement Zesti Fusion’s:
· Sales scripts
· Product demos
· Sampling strategy
· Ensure on-ground execution discipline, not just reporting
6. Demand Generation & Local Marketing
· Collaborate with marketing to:
· Run local campaigns
· Activate key accounts
· Drive:
· Sampling in HoReCa clusters
· Distributor-led promotions
7. Data, Reporting & Insights
· Daily/weekly reporting on:
· Sales numbers
· Pipeline
· Conversion rates
· Share insights on:
· Competitor activity
· Pricing trends
· Customer preferences

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
· 6–10 years in FMCG / Frozen Food / HoReCa sales
· Strong experience in B2B / HoReCa channel
· Proven track record in building territories from scratch
Skills
· Strong negotiation & closing ability
· Deep understanding of Telangana HoReCa ecosystem
· Ability to build a distributor network from zero
· Team leadership & coaching mindset
· Highly execution-driven (not PPT-driven)

· Fixed + Performance Incentives (75% + 25%)
