Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head (Technical) to lead sales and after-sales operations for our technology solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and overseeing technical solution sales across multiple product categories including CCTV, Passive Networking, Physical Access Control, Computer Products, HRMS, and Inventory & Billing Applications.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, leadership capability, and proven experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, educational, healthcare, retail, and government sectors.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.
Technical Solution SalesManage sales and solution consulting for:
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Passive Networking Solutions
- Physical Access Control Systems
- Computer Hardware & IT Products
- AMC for IT Products, Network and Infrastructure
- HRMS Software
- Inventory & Billing Applications
After-Sales & Customer Support- Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for timely project execution and issue resolution.
- Monitor AMC renewals and customer retention activities.
- Handle escalations and maintain service quality standards.
Team Management- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and support teams.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions.
Market & Product Development- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales and after-sales management.

- Existing client network in enterprise/corporate sectors preferred.
- Experience in handling system integration or IT solution sales is an advantage.
