Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Sales Manager & Sales Head. The Sales Manager/Head will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include managing sales teams, meeting sales targets, preparing detailed sales reports, coordinating with internal departments, and staying updated on market trends to drive business growth. The role also involves presenting products and solutions to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing industry, including Pre-Engineered Buildings, Roofing Products, or related areas
- Proficiency in Team Leadership and Sales Team Management
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and travel as required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
