- Role Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head / Regional Head – South Region to lead and manage our sales operations across Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
- Based full-time on-site in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation, expanding our market presence, and implementing effective sales management practices to ensure sustainable regional growth. You will spearhead regional sales strategies, manage high-performing teams, and build robust, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing regional sales team to exceed corporate objectives.
- Account & Client Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain deep relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- · Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and track market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate sales metrics, regional performance, and market potential.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in the Real Estate or Facility Management sector is highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong sales management, negotiation, and exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated expertise in corporate account management and client retention.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, performance metrics, and forecast revenue trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a distinct plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
