🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales Head – Real Estate | Noida
Are you a high-performing real estate sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading successful sales teams, and closing high-value transactions?
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations for premium real estate projects based in Noida. This is a leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a target-oriented environment and is passionate about building high-performing sales teams.

⏳ Experience: Minimum 5 Years
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹1,50,000 per month + Performance Incentives+ other rewards as well
Key Responsibilities
✔ Drive overall sales strategy and revenue generation for the organization.
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team.
✔ Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, investors, and key stakeholders.
✔ Monitor sales funnels, conversion ratios, and team performance to ensure target achievement.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
✔ Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to maximize lead generation and conversion.
✔ Conduct sales forecasting, business reviews, and performance reporting for management.
✔ Ensure exceptional customer engagement throughout the sales journey.
✔ Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the real estate sector.
Ideal Candidate
✅ Proven experience in leading real estate sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✅ Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership-driven approach.
Preferred Background
Candidates from the Real Estate industry will be strongly preferred.
