SALES HEAD (B2B PREMIUM PROJECTS)
Salary: 35K
Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience
- Must have worked extensively with:
- Interior designers
- Architects
- Contractors
- Hotels / hospitality projects
Experience in landscaping / plants / planters / outdoor décor or related categories: Primary Responsibility
- Drive high-value B2B sales for premium planters and artificial plants
- Build Auré Maison as a preferred partner for architects and interior designers
Key Expectations
- Bring an existing client base and network (designers, architects, contractors, hotels)
Actively Expand Relationships With
- Interior designers
- Architects
- Luxury project consultants
Will Be Handling
- Project discussions
- Large orders
- Price negotiations
- Closures
Mentor and guide junior sales team
- Success will be measured by
- Quality of network onboarded
- Number of repeat B2B clients
- Monthly and quarterly revenue growth
Work Location: Purasaiwalkam, Chennai.
