Sales Head / Sales Manager – Lead Generation and Visits, Closure & Operations

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Head / Sales Manager to lead sales at our centers. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial real estate or co-working, with a strong track record in revenue generation and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive lead generation, pipeline building, and end-to-end sales closures.
• Conduct in-person client visits and pitch tailored co-working/managed office solutions.
• Maintain high occupancy levels (target: 95%+ fill ratio).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, IPCs, and corporate clients.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare sales documentation with attention to detail.
• Provide market intelligence on competitive offerings and clients demands.
• Support strategic planning for space optimization and service improvements.
• Collaborate with the head office team to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or Technical preferred).
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales roles within co-working, Managed Offices, commercial real estate, or workspace solutions (preferably in that particular locations).
Skills:
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking with brokers and real estate stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail Communication, PPT through Canva or any AI tool.
• Understanding of sales cycle of Co-working and managed office spaces.
- Operational knowledge of vendor & facility management is a plus. Fluency in Hindi, Marathi/Regional language and English.
