🚀 We’re Hiring | Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Head
📍 Industry: Packaging Automation / Packaging Equipment
🧠 Experience: 4–5 Years
📌 Location: Pan India
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sr. Sales Executive / Sales Head with strong experience in the Packaging Equipment / Automation industry/Rigid Box Manufacturing Equipment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Generate new business opportunities & expand market reach
• Technical and Product Understanding
• Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Lead and mentor the sales team (for Sales Head role)
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in packaging machinery/automation sales
✔ Strong negotiation & closing skills
✔ Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings
