As we expand across India, we are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Sales Head – North Region to lead market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across key northern states.
Role Overview
The Sales Head – North Region will be responsible for driving regional sales strategy, dealer/distributor development, enterprise business acquisition, and market penetration for TRYAKSH EV products and mobility solutions.
This role requires a strong leader with deep understanding of the EV ecosystem, B2B sales, channel development, fleet partnerships, and regional business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across North India
- Identify and close large B2B opportunities including fleet operators, logistics companies, government projects, and institutional clients
- Lead regional sales teams and drive high-performance culture
- Build strategic partnerships within EV and sustainable mobility ecosystems
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to align market needs with business goals
- Ensure strong customer relationship management and after-sales coordination
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regional business plans
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in automotive, EV, commercial vehicle, clean mobility, or related industries
- Proven track record in regional sales leadership and business development
- Strong network in North India automotive/EV ecosystem preferred
- Experience in dealer/channel development and enterprise sales
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to scale regional operations in a fast-growing startup environment
- MBA/PGDM preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electric vehicles, hydrogen mobility, fleet solutions, or energy transition sectors
- Understanding of government EV policies and incentive structures
- Entrepreneurial mindset with execution-focused leadership
