Head – Mutual Fund Vertical
Job Location - Marine Lines
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Stock Market, PMS, or Financial Products
- Experience of working with a reputed PMS, broking house, wealth management company, or mutual fund company
- Candidates who have tried building their own financial advisory or investment business will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the Mutual Fund Vertical
- Train CROs and marketing teams about mutual fund products
- Guide the team on how to approach and convince customers for investments
- Create sales strategies and scale the business
- Coordinate with PMS and Mutual Fund companies for products and operations
- Help customers onboard through app registration and KYC process
- Manage regional managers and support teams
- Work on customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities
- Suggest suitable mutual fund products for customers based on requirements
- Build systems, processes, and marketing plans for business growth
Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, Financial Products, and Investment Market
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Should understand field sales, customer handling, and business scaling
- Good communication and training skills
- Mature, trustworthy, and professional personality
- Well-educated and from a good family background
- Clean reputation and ethical work approach, as the role involves financial dealings
- Knowledge of technology and digital sales processes will be an advantage
