CTC: 7–9 LPA + Incentives
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national and international sales strategy
- Handle key accounts and major clients
- Lead export business development (Africa, Middle East,Europe, etc.)
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and finance teams
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build distributor and dealer network
- Prepare MIS reports and forecasts
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing
- Travel for client meetings and exhibitions
- Train and guide sales team
- Ensure payment collection and credit control
Skills & Requirements:
• MBA (Marketing / International Business)
• Polymer / Plastic background candidates preferred
• - 10+ years in plastic/masterbatch industry
• - Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• - Export experience preferred
• - Good communication and reporting skills
