Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our project sales
operations for Electronic Security, Safety and ELV infrastructure services.
The role will be responsible for defining sales strategy, driving new business acquisition, managing
key accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, and achieving company revenue objectives
aligned with business goals.
The position focuses on project sales and installation services for solutions such as CCTV, access
control, fire alarm systems, home automation, IT networking and related infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow project business across assigned regions and
markets.
• Identify and develop new markets, customer segments and project opportunities.
• Drive go-to-market strategies based on market trends, customer demand and competitor
activity.
New Client Acquisition & Market Development
• Lead initiatives to identify and acquire new clients who can benefit from the company’s
project and installation services.
• Maximize client potential in designated areas and markets.
• Establish strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, builders and
enterprise customers.
Key Account & Client Relationship Management
• Ensure retention and growth of the existing customer base.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic and high-value clients.
• Support the team in handling escalations, objections and client concerns.
Project Sales & Order Closure
• Lead and support the team in project sales for:
o CCTV systems
o Access control systems
o Fire alarm systems
o Home automation solutions
o IT networking and ELV infrastructure projects
• Drive effective negotiation and closure of orders.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate quotations and proposals in coordination with
technical and operations teams.
Sales Targets & Performance Management
• Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the sales team.
• Forecast sales pipelines and ensure consistent target achievement.
• Track sales performance using CRM insights, market analytics and competitor
benchmarking to improve sales effectiveness.
Sales Process Optimization
• Standardize and continuously improve the sales process, proposal workflows and pipeline
management practices.
• Implement best practices for lead qualification, opportunity management and deal closure.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, manage and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
• Provide regular sales coaching, performance reviews and skill development support.
• Build a high-performance, collaborative and customer-focused sales culture.
Recruitment & Talent Development
• Support recruitment and talent acquisition for the sales function.
• Onboard and train new sales team members on company offerings, processes and market
approach.
Required Experience
• 6–12 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
• Prior experience in leading and managing sales teams is mandatory.
• Strong exposure to project or solution-based selling is required.
Professional & Functional Expertise
• Strong understanding of project-based sales and service delivery models in electronic
security, safety and ELV infrastructure domains.
• Proven capability in managing complete sales cycles including lead generation, requirement
discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations and order closure.
• Experience in pricing strategy, commercial evaluations and contract discussions for project
engagements.
• Ability to interpret market trends, customer needs and competitive insights to define
effective sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Hands-on experience in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management and performance
tracking using CRM and reporting tools.
