🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Head to lead sales for industrial ladders and MRO products, manage key accounts, and expand dealer networks across the region.
Location Noida.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Develop & execute sales strategy
* Drive business with industrial clients, OEMs & corporate accounts
* Expand and manage dealer/distributor network
* Identify opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, pharma, power & infrastructure sectors
* Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
* Conduct product demos & technical presentations
* Manage key accounts & long-term contracts
* Ensure dealer stock availability & smooth supply chain
* Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, finance)
* Track competitor activities & market trends
* Drive collections and control outstanding receivables
🔹 Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of industrial sales & MRO business
* Experience in channel/dealer management
* Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
* Experience in B2B & institutional sales
* Knowledge of ladders, safety products, or industrial equipment (preferred)
* Excellent communication & presentation skills

✔️ Sales target achievement (Primary & Secondary)
✔️ Dealer development & activation
✔️ Key account growth
✔️ Collection efficiency (DSO control)
✔️ New business development
✔️ Market coverage
🔹 Preferred Industry Experience:
* Aluminium / FRP Ladders
* Scaffolding & Access Equipment
* PPE & Industrial Safety
* MRO Supplies / Industrial Consumables
