Role Description
The Sales Head for Industrial Electronics will lead and oversee the sales operations, drive business growth, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include formulating and executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions. This is a full-time on-site role based in Walwa, requiring leadership, strategic planning, and a results-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Account Management, and Revenue Growth
- Solid understanding of Industrial Electronics, Energy Management Solutions, and Electrical Systems
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal skills
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning
- Ability to drive results and work under pressure to meet sales targets
- Experience in project-oriented sales and managing large-scale industrial clients is desirable
