Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Head at Propsalt Landbase, based in Gurugram. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and developing sales strategies to meet business objectives. The role includes overseeing account management, supporting and managing the sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for revenue generation. The Sales Head will also be involved in negotiations, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring effective team collaboration to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with the ability to drive revenue and meet targets
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Proven Team Management and leadership skills to oversee sales teams effectively
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, sales data, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the Gurgaon real estate market is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment
