Position: Sales Head

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head from the furniture and interior industry who has strong connections with Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, and HNI clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the sales function to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, PMC consultants, and corporate clients.
· Generate new business opportunities within residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interior segments.
· Lead end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
· Coordinate closely with design, estimation, operations, and project teams for smooth project execution.
· Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
· Drive key account management and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve overall performance.
· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong experience in Furniture, Interior, Modular Furniture, Luxury Furniture, or Fit-out industry.
· Excellent network and industry connections with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Consultants.
· Proven track record of achieving high sales targets and business development.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and client handling skills.
· Good understanding of interior materials, furniture solutions, project costing, and execution processes.
· Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience handling HNI, hospitality, commercial, or luxury residential projects.
· Existing client database and strong market presence preferred.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling strategic sales independently.
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
· MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
