What we're looking for
● 8+ years in loan sales or lending, with 3–4 years managing large distributed field teams
● Experience in two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or commercial vehicle financing strongly preferred
● A first-principles problem solver who has redesigned a broken sales process — not just inherited and scaled one
● Comfortable building an MIS dashboard independently; working command over Excel or BI tools
● Understands loan unit economics: CAC, yield, collection cost — not just disbursement volume
● Strong track record in semi-urban and tier 2–3 field markets
● Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
