Role Description
The Business Head - Edtech will oversee and lead the PhD sales vertical at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi and involves strategizing and executing sales plans to expand the company's educational reach. Responsibilities include managing and guiding a sales team, building and nurturing client relationships, collaborating with partner universities, analyzing market trends, and driving business growth. The role also encompasses monitoring sales metrics, ensuring sales targets are met, and identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen the company’s position in the EdTech industry.
Qualifications- Minimum 12 years of Edtech Sales
- Experience in Education/ Edtech Sales (UG/PG, PHD)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team including Team Leaders, Counsellors, and Business Development Executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities, admissions pipeline, and conversion ratios.
- Drive student enrollments and business expansion through online and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Create sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
