Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India for a Sales Head. The Sales Head will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage and develop key accounts, and design strategies to achieve business growth and targets. This role involves leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing market trends, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans. The individual will collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with the company’s overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong skills in Account Management and Team Management to drive results and foster collaboration
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and deriving actionable insights
- Experience in the poultry or allied sectors is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in communication and negotiation skills
