Sales Head – Corporate Business Development

MediHSE Training Academy LLP is a fast-growing Occupational Health, Safety and Process Safety consulting organization providing specialized services such as safety training, risk engineering, process safety studies, audits, and emergency response planning to leading industrial and corporate clients across India.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head who can drive strategic growth, build strong corporate relationships, and lead high-value business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, data centers, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and large corporate organizations.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
Corporate Client Acquisition
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Safety Heads, Plant Heads, and senior decision-makers.
- Develop long-term partnerships with large corporate clients and government organizations.
- Drive key account management and ensure repeat business.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and mentor the sales and business development team.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team.
- Establish a strong, target-driven sales culture within the organization.
Market Expansion
- Identify emerging market opportunities and expand MediHSE’s footprint across new industries and geographies.
- Represent the organization in industry events, corporate meetings, and strategic client engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a high-performing sales leader with strong corporate connections and a proven track record in B2B business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred
Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in corporate sales or business development
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership or sales management role
- Experience in consulting services, industrial services, safety services, training, engineering services, or corporate solutions preferred
