Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for the role of Sales Head. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while strategizing to acquire new ones, and overseeing account management activities. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new sales opportunities, and enhancing organizational sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills for driving revenue growth and achieving targets
- Proficiency in Account Management, ensuring excellent client relationships and satisfaction
- Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams effectively
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and sales performance metrics
- Proven leadership qualities and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the elevator industry or related manufacturing domain is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
