Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head, located in Kondapur. The Sales Head will oversee the overall sales strategy, manage and drive the performance of the sales team, and build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, analyzing sales metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. Regular reporting to senior management on sales performance and forecasts is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, target setting, and achieving revenue goals
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and market trends to inform decision-making
- Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market conditions is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Competency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
