Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, based in Gurugram. The Head of Sales will lead, manage, and optimize the sales strategy, driving revenue growth and ensuring strong client relationships. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve targets. The role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to align business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications
· Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
· Build the network within the fertilizer, pesticides and contract farming industry
· Build the network with the large institutional clients and distributers
· Proficiency in strategic planning and implementing effective sales methodologies.
· Experience in revenue forecasting by tracking service requests, bookings, and customer demand trends.
· Understanding of the UAV industry or prior experience in similar sectors is an advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
