Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head based in Noida. The Sales Head will drive revenue growth by designing and implementing effective sales strategies and targets. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, monitoring performance, establishing strong client relationships, and exploring new market opportunities. The role requires collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives while contributing to overall business objectives.

- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and sales analytics
- Understanding of digital lending products, financial solutions, and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technology platforms
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Educational background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales leadership positions is essential
