Job Title: Sales Head

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Head to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding market reach, and ensuring achievement ofbusiness targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- For B2B Sales &Store Operations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand customer base
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
- Oversee handling of walk-in customers, inquiries, and key account management
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and emails
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution
- Plan and execute exhibitions, promotional activities, and sales campaigns
- Ensure proper showroom management, product display, and brand presentation
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure timely achievement
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales tools

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in B2B / garment / fashion / industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
