Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head – South Zone located in Surat. The role involves overseeing and managing sales operations across the South Zone, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, managing a high-performing sales team, and providing insights through data analysis to optimize performance. The Sales Head will also act as a key liaison between clients and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and company objectives align.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Proven Team Management skills to mentor, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Expertise in Account Management to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or similar field is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
