Role Description
The Sales Head – Solar (South Zone) will oversee sales operations and business development in the South Zone region. This full-time, on-site role based in Surat involves managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. The role requires an ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management to support and lead sales teams effectively.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for market analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Surat and travel as needed within the South Zone region.
