Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead business development and sales operations in the solar and power solutions segment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of solar, UPS, battery, and inverter systems along with the ability to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales strategy and business development for solar and power solutions
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Solar Systems, UPS, Batteries, and Inverters
- Proven experience in B2B / B2C sales and business development
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / MBA (Marketing preferred)
- Experience in solar energy or power backup industry
