Role Overview
Quarks Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Head – India BU to lead and scale the company’s business across the Indian market. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in enterprise IT services sales, strategic business development, and P&L ownership, along with a proven track record of leading large sales teams and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
• Define and execute the India sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across multiple industry verticals.
• Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the India Business Unit.
P&L Management
• Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the India BU.
• Ensure sustainable revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and financial planning.
Client & Market Expansion
• Develop relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across enterprise clients.
• Expand the company’s footprint in key industries such as technology, BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and telecom.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances.
Leadership & Team Building
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to regional sales managers and account leaders.
• Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful deal closures.
Strategic Planning
• Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new services and solutions.
• Track market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and leadership forums.
Required Skills & Experience
• 20+ years of experience in IT services / technology sales.
• Proven track record of enterprise sales and large deal closures.
• Strong experience managing P&L and revenue targets.
• Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, cloud, or software development solutions.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong network with enterprise clients in India.
