We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our Government Tendering, Infrastructure Sales, and Geosynthetics business.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully managed government tenders, built relationships across the infrastructure ecosystem, and can drive business growth from strategy through project award.
Your Key Responsibilities
Government Tendering (Core Responsibility)
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities through CPP Portal, GeM, Railways, NHAI, CPWD, Municipal Corporations, State Government Portals, and other public procurement platforms.
- Independently prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
- Evaluate BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, eligibility criteria, and contract conditions to ensure compliant bids.
- Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams to compile all required documentation, certifications, pricing, and statutory compliance.
- Represent the company at pre-bid meetings, technical discussions, and bid negotiations.
Government Liaisoning
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Departments, Development Authorities, Consultants, PMCs, EPC Contractors, Railways, NHAI, Municipal Corporations, and other infrastructure stakeholders.
- Leverage your professional network to identify new projects, generate leads, and increase tender participation.
Sales Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and tendering team.
- Develop business opportunities in highways, railways, bridges, metro, irrigation, water management, landfills, mining, industrial, and environmental infrastructure.
- Develop strategic sales plans, revenue forecasts, and market expansion initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 12–20+ years of experience in Government Tendering and Infrastructure Sales.
- Proven expertise in independently preparing and submitting Government tenders.
- Strong knowledge of CPP Portal, GeM, NHAI, Railways, CPWD, and State procurement systems.
- Established relationships with Government Departments, Consultants, PMCs, and EPC Contractors.
- Experience in Geosynthetics, Geotextiles, Geomembranes, GCL, drainage solutions, or related infrastructure products is highly preferred.
