EXCENOR Global is looking for an experienced and growth-oriented Sales Head to lead our enterprise business expansion across India.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for professionals who understand consultative selling, enterprise relationship management, and revenue growth within the consulting and corporate training ecosystem.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth for consulting and corporate training services
• Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies across key sectors
• Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR, L&D, and Transformation leaders
• Identify new market opportunities and convert high-value accounts
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
🔹 Preferred Experience
• 7–10+ years in B2B sales within consulting, training, or professional services
• Demonstrated success in enterprise account acquisition and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of corporate learning and transformation initiatives
• Established professional network within corporate India
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
🔹 Qualification
• Graduation,MBA(Sales and Marketing) desirable
